Board of Trustees
Kevin L. Oessnich, Ed. D.
Co-Founder & Chairman
Dr. Kevin Oessenich currently serves as the Executive Director of World Team USA and is the Co-Founder and Board Chairman of World Team Foundation.
Before joining World Team, he served as the Dean of the School of Lifelong Learning at Philadelphia Biblical University, now Cairn University. Kevin frequently consults with Christian organizations and is an Elder at Davisville Church in Southampton, PA.
He and his wife, Cheryl, are the parents of two married children and five adorable grandchildren. What gets him out of bed each morning? Discipleship, community, a golden doodle named Tucker, and yes - the Philadelphia Eagles!

Tom Pirrone, M Div
Co-Founder & President
Tom Pirrone previously held the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors for World Team USA before joining Kevin as Co-Founder of World Team Foundation, where he now serves as the foundation’s President and CEO.
Tom was a member of the Pastoral Staff of Calvary Church in Souderton, PA, where he was ordained to Christian ministry in 2006. He has a Bachelor of Science in Bible from Cairn University, a Master of Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary, and is a past member of the Wharton Fellows program at the University of Pennsylvania.
He has grown and operated businesses in the aerospace industry since 1982. He was part of the founding team of Universal Space Network, a company founded by Apollo XII commander, Pete Conrad. Tom also served as the President & CEO of Infostellar USA, Inc., and on the Board of Directors for Lighthouse Network.
Tom has been married to his wife, Karen, for 41 years. In his spare time, you’ll find him playing the guitar, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, or fishing with his three grandchildren.

Jennifer Ashley, J.D., CAP, AEP
Trustee
Jennifer Ashley, J.D., CAP ®, AEP® is the Financial Planning Officer for Girard Wealth Management, a Univest Division. Jennifer assists individuals in realizing their philanthropic potential through wealth planning.
With over 25 years of experience in donor development and planned giving, Jennifer uses her expertise, leadership, and creative thinking skills to improve Girard’s financial plans. Before joining Girard, Jennifer served as a non-profit leader in multiple capacities, including development and budget management.
She earned her bachelor's degree in English/Creative Writing from Ursinus College, her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from the American College of Financial Services.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, horses, and mission trips, with a focus on economic growth through microfinancing. She volunteers with Living Streams Ranch, her church, and The Seeing Eye puppy-raising program.

Jeff Miles
Trustee
As the son of missionary parents, Jeff has a personal passion for international missions and is honored to join the Board of Trustees of World Team Foundation.
He earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Cairn University.
God gave Jeff the opportunity to serve in operations, marketing, and development roles for various Christian organizations throughout the country over the last 30 years.
He has been married to his wife, Jess, for 21 years, and together they have four children: Reagan (17), Colby (15), Gracie (12), and Zeke (9).
The Miles family currently reside in East Greenville and attend Morning Star Church.

Operational Directors
Greg Aikins, D. Min.
Spiritual Advisor and LifeQuality Director
Greg has served as a missionary since 1983. While living in Budapest, Hungary, Greg worked for the Greater Europe Mission as the Northeastern Area Director and later the LifeQuality International Director. Greg has served the majority of his missionary career among the Icelandic people, engaging in evangelism, shepherding small groups, assisting local churches, and working as a missional consultant. Greg also worked for the Greater Europe Mission as the Northeastern Area Director and later Director of LifeQuality International. Since moving back to the States in 2013, Greg continues to serve the Icelandic people remotely. From 2020 through 2025, Greg served as Sr. Consultant for Iceland and Europe with Development Associates International.
Greg currently serves as Board Member and Candidate Assessment Facilitator for World Team USA in addition to Spiritual Advisor and LifeQuality Director for World Team Foundation, in which he provides spiritual guidance, fosters a Christ-centered culture, and supports the Foundation in its mission by integrating prayer, spiritual formation, and leadership training into its activities.
Greg and his co-missionary wife Betsy have three adult daughters and six wonderful grandchildren. In his free time, Greg enjoys reading historical novels, watching the Phillies, and spending as much time as possible outdoors in nature.

Sarah Bryant
Marketing and Communications Director
Sarah supports World Team Foundation by managing donor communications, website maintenance, and other marketing services via her independent business, Bryant Marketing Solutions LLC.
Since earning her Marketing Management degree, Sarah has served local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and charitable nonprofits through digital marketing solutions for web design, print media design, social media, email campaigns, blog articles, and more. She is grateful for the opportunity to use her passion for and skills in communications to support the mission of the World Team Foundation.
Outside of work, Sarah and her fiancé, Kevin, frequently visit Broad Theater in Souderton and enjoy walks with their rescue dog, Caroline.
