Our Mission
Our Mission is to engage with Christ as we seek to acquire and multiply assets, enlist investors, and develop partnerships which result in ongoing resources for His global mission.
Our Vision is to know a world where all who are called to serve Christ’s mission have the resources needed to pursue that calling.
Our Purpose is to acquire, multiply, and transform resources, including financial assets, businesses, securities, and real property. We work with resources which may become available through retirement, estate planning, business transitions, securities, and other significant financial or life events. All such resources are gifts to be stewarded faithfully, developed wisely, and multiplied thoughtfully so they can produce enduring resources.

The Journey from World Team USA to World Team Foundation
Our History
Missionary funding to this point has been primarily accomplished through partnerships with the local church, facilitated via direct correspondence between the missionary and the church congregation.
While this traditional method of fundraising continues, World Team USA acknowledges it puts an increasingly difficult burden on individual missionaries. World Team Foundation was created in 2023 to serve as a separate entity and provide additional support through the development of other sources of support for mission work.
Our Current Distinction
Even though it was initiated by World Team USA, World Team Foundation operates independently, with its own Board of Trustees, and, as such, the two organizations are entirely separate. Therefore, while World Team Foundation can grant funds to World Team USA, we simultaneously grant funds to missionaries and other independent organizations which the Foundation’s grant committee deems as acceptable destinations for funds.
Partnership Multiplies Impact
We believe meaningful collaboration among donors, ministries, churches, business leaders, and Kingdom organizations creates opportunities and impact that none could accomplish alone. We value teamwork and strong relationships in pursuing our common goals.

Today's needs matter, but lasting impact requires a long-term perspective. We seek opportunities to strengthen Christ's mission for generations, building relationships founded on trust, shared vision, and mutual purpose.
